Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 21, 2026. This policy sets the ground rules for using SunForceAI GPU capacity.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all use of SunForceAI services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to the entity or individual using the service, including anyone you allow to access it.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the service to engage in, facilitate, or assist any of the following:

  • Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or the creation, storage, or distribution of nonconsensual intimate imagery.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data; vulnerability scanning or penetration testing of third parties without documented authorization; credential-stuffing or other credential attacks.
  • Phishing, social-engineering campaigns, malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, or denial-of-service activity of any kind.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or otherwise violating anti-spam laws.
  • Evading, disabling, or interfering with provider, upstream, or network controls, rate limits, or abuse protections.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, or violating the license terms of any software, model, or dataset you deploy on the service.
  • Processing regulated or highly sensitive data (for example, protected health information, payment card data, government-classified information, or biometric identifiers) unless SunForceAI has accepted that use in writing.
  • Reselling the service, sharing credentials outside your organization, or otherwise providing service access to third parties without written approval.
  • Exposing privileged containers, the Docker socket, or other host-level interfaces; attempting to attack, enumerate, or move laterally within the host, hypervisor, or network you do not control.
  • Exceeding the resources allocated to you, or attempting to consume capacity outside your rental.
  • Developing, testing, or operating weapons, or facilitating unlawful harm to people, animals, or critical infrastructure.

2. Activities that require prior written approval

  • Cryptocurrency mining or similar proof-of-work compute.
  • Workloads involving regulated or highly sensitive data (see above).
  • Any use case where you are unsure whether it fits within this AUP.

3. Monitoring

SunForceAI performs monitoring sufficient to operate and secure the service, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not routinely inspect Customer Content, but we may access logs, metadata, and — where necessary and permitted by law — Customer Content in response to a credible security, abuse, or legal issue.

4. Enforcement

Serious or ongoing violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice. Where appropriate, SunForceAI may investigate, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement or affected third parties as legally required. Repeated or severe violations may result in termination without refund of prepaid fees.
