Privacy Notice
Effective July 21, 2026. This notice explains how SunForceAI handles information, how we use it, and the choices you have.
SunForceAI LLC ("SunForceAI," "we," "us") provides dedicated GPU rentals. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle information in connection with our website, inquiry process, and services.
1. Information we collect
- Business and contact details. Name, work email, company or team name, and role provided through inquiry forms or email.
- Inquiry and workload details. What you are trying to run, framework and model requirements, configuration preferences, timing, and other scoping information you share with us.
- Transaction and payment status. Order references, amounts, invoice details, and payment status. Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe; SunForceAI does not need or store full card numbers.
- Technical identifiers and logs. IP address, device and browser information, access timestamps, session and security logs, and similar telemetry needed to operate and secure the service.
- Support communications. Emails, chat messages, and other correspondence you send us.
2. Customer workloads and service data
Customers may place workloads, models, code, and data on equipment made available through the Services. SunForceAI does not collect this material as part of its ordinary business records and does not routinely inspect or access it. The equipment necessarily stores or processes it at the customer's direction. Limited access may occur when requested for support or when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, suspected abuse, legal obligation, or service failure.
Operational and security logs may contain metadata, access events, resource use, errors, and abuse indicators, but they are not intended to capture the substance of customer workloads.
3. How we use information
- Provide, support, secure, and bill for the service.
- Respond to inquiries and scope engagements.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or misuse of the service.
- Improve the service and our operations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer workloads, models, code, or data for advertising, analytics, or training AI models.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business, and with contractual or legal safeguards where appropriate:
- Payment processing: Stripe.
- Email and forms: Microsoft (including Microsoft Forms and business email).
- Website hosting, analytics, and security vendors that help us operate the site and service.
- Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, and insurance providers, under confidentiality.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Customer workloads, models, code, and data on a rented environment are retained for the term of the rental and any short grace period described in your order or communicated to you, subject to backup, legal, and security needs.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to its sensitivity and the risks involved. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, keys, and the content you place on rented environments.
8. Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sunforce.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law. At the end of a service engagement, we will provide a reasonable grace period for you to export or delete customer workloads, models, code, and data, subject to backup, legal, and security considerations.
9. International processing
SunForceAI is based in the United States. Our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, we work with our vendors to put appropriate protections in place.
10. Children
The service is intended for businesses and adult professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Updates
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the website or by email where appropriate.
